The presence of the college dean, the president, and all members of the evaluation and review committee, the scores of the presenting instructors were reviewed and discussed for membership in the departmental councils of the college. This process was conducted in accordance with the academic guidelines and standards set by the presidency of Salahaddin University – Erbil for the academic year 2025–2026.
