On Monday, February 16, 2026, at the College of Arts, a master’s thesis defense was conducted for the student Payam Khattab Mohammed from the Department of History.

The thesis is entitled: “The National Guard Forces (Haras Qawmi) in Southern Kurdistan (February 8, 1963 – November 18, 1963)”.
