Salahaddin University – College of Arts
On Sunday, October 12, 2025, a master’s thesis discussion was held at the College of Arts.
The student Pawan Kamal Mohammed successfully defended her thesis in the Department of Archaeology, entitled:
“Writing and Ornamentation – Selected Tombstones from the Akre Region in the 10th–14th / 16th–20th Centuries: An Artistic Archaeological Study”,
within the specialization of Islamic Archaeology.
The discussion committee consisted of:
